CLEARWATER’S GREAT HUDSON RIVER REVIVAL

Takes place at Croton Point Park, (1A Croton Point Ave., Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520) located on the east bank of the Hudson River off Route 9 in Croton-on-Hudson, New York in Westchester County.

Festival gates open at 9:00AM, Saturday & Sunday. If you drive, please leave early as there may be traffic. As much as we love having the festival at Croton Point Park, there is only one lane in and one lane out.

CONVENIENTLY LOCATED

TheClearwater Festivalat Croton Point Park is located half way between NYC and Poughkeepsie, less than an hour train ride from New York City’s Grand Central Terminal or less than an hour train ride from Poughkeepsie’s Metro North train station. By car, the drive is about an hour north from New York City or about an hour south from Poughkeepsie. Croton Point Park is located one mile from the Croton-Harmon train station. Free shuttle bus service is available all weekend between the train station and the festival entrance. Due to Parks regulations, audience members are not allowed to arrive at the festival by boat.

SHARE A RIDE:

Consider using a rideshare service to get to the festival! A more sustainable option than driving alone, ridesharing is encouraged as it cuts down on traffic and air pollution, and alleviates the stress of parking at the festival.

BY TRAIN

Ride the rails along the Hudson River to the Clearwater Festival. Metro-North Railroad’s Hudson Line offers scenic views of famed river sites, including the Palisades, West Point, Storm King, Highlands, Bear Mountain and Bannerman’s Castle.
From Grand Central Station (NYC) and points south: Take METRO NORTH’s Hudson Line to the Croton-Harmon Station.
From Poughkeepsie and points north: Take MTA Railroad, Hudson Line, to the Croton Harmon Station.

Free shuttle service (5 minute trip) begins at 8:30 am and runs both days of the event from the Croton-Harmon Station to the Clearwater Festival at Croton Point Park.

NYS Thruway (I-87) south to exit 16. Drive east on Route 6 through Harriman State Park to Bear Mountain Bridge. Turn right to Peekskill south on Route 9 to Croton Point Ave exit. Follow signs to the festival.

South on the Taconic State Parkway to Exit W18 (Underhill Ave.), Route 129 west to Croton-on Hudson. South on Route 9 to Croton Point Ave. exit. Follow signs to the festival.

From New England

Merritt Parkway or New England Thruway (I-95) south to Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287), west to NYS Thruway to Exit 9 (Tarrytown). Proceed north on Rte. 9 for about 10 miles to exit for Croton Point Ave. Follow signs to the festival.

From Long Island

Whitestone Bridge to Hutchinson River Parkway to Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287). West to NYS Thruway to Exit 9 (Tarrytown). Proceed north on Rte. 9 for about 10 miles to exit for Croton Point Ave. Follow signs to the festival.

Alternative Route – from Cross Westchester Express (I-287) take Sawmill Parkway north to Rte. 9A then north to Rte 9 north to Croton Point Ave exit. Follow signs to the festival.

From New Jersey and South

George Washington Bridge to Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) to Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287) west to NYS Thruway to Exit 9 (Tarrytown). Proceed north on Rte. 9 for about 10 miles to exit for Croton Point Ave. Follow signs to the festival.
